I broke my sunnies! We understand life can throw curveballs. And if your sunnies happen to bite the dust, well, we're here to help! Just fill out the form below for a new pair through our warranty program. Include the name from your order along with the style/color of the pair affected and we'll get a replacement out to you asap! Just pay the S&H fee of $8.89 per pair (1 unit) for US replacements and $17.89 per pair (1 unit) for international replacements. Each individual pair (1 unit) can be replaced up to twice under the curveball warranty. After that, we'll ask that you buy the next one to make sure we can continue to offer such a strong warranty.

Lifetime Curveball Warranty Goggles & Lenses

Your polarized maglock lenses are fully covered! Just fill out the form to the left for a new pair through our warranty program. Include the name from your order along with the style/color of the lens affected and we'll get a replacement out to you asap!

Just pay the S&H fee of $17.50 per lens (1 unit) for US replacements and $20 per lens (1 unit) for International replacements.

Each individual lens (1 unit) can be replaced up to twice under the curveball warranty. After that, we'll ask that you buy the next one to make sure we can continue to offer such a strong warranty.

Manufacturer Warranty

We cover all manufacturer defects for the first 60 days from the time you received them; plenty of time for any defect to arise. If your sunnies or goggles have an issue that is our fault such as a manufacturing defect or a problem that should not occur with normal use, we will replace them for free. After that it's up to our discretion.

Qualification for this coverage is at Humps sole discretion and may require pictures of and/or the actual sunglasses/goggles to review and approve a new pair. We reserve the right to deny any request for warranty coverage or to recommend a different course of action as necessary.

Returns

We offer a full refund on sunnies/goggles returned within 30 days of delivery of purchase. Any returns placed after 30 days since delivery will receive store credit. Please return them in new condition in the original box/sock/case. Be sure to include your name and order number. Upon delivery and inspection you'll receive a confirmation email highlighting the refund.

As we offer free initial shipping, we ask that any returns be covered by the customer.
